Join Karina for a movement based exploration of the Principles of Pilates to further understand why Pilates is so effective.

 

Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been attending classes for a while, this workshop is for you! We will break down foundational Pilates movements on the mat, using props, to further the connection in your own body.
Walk away with a deeper understanding of why your instructor is cueing breathe, why we focus on the spinal articulation, pelvic stability, alignment – and how this all ties together in our movement practice.
Open to practitioners of all levels.
